The certificates I designed for my church, I used one of the frames and lettering from my floral sets. The word congratulations is done in the lettering from my Treasure set. Take a look at the paper pieceing sets. There are those for people who use scissors, and also svg and bmp files for those who have a cricut and the Sure-cuts-a-lot program.
